Training Initiatives Through our Learning Management System, Valent offers training programs that equip employees and managers with the tools and skills needed to lead and collaborate effectively in diverse teams. These include dedicated learning modules for managers, inclusive leadership courses, and mandatory unconscious bias training.
Valent has a longstanding and growing commitment to advancing gender equality — both within our organization and across the agriculture industry. We actively invest in programs that encourage girls and women to pursue education and careers in agriculture and STEM, and in initiatives that foster a culture of inclusion and belonging for all employees. This work supports SDG Target 5.5 of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: “Ensure women’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision-making in political, economic, and public life.” Research consistently shows that organizations with greater gender diversity achieve stronger business performance.
