Empowering Growth and Connection for Gender Equality
In FY24, the Women of Valent Employee Resource Group (ERG) once again demonstrated the company’s commitment to the principles of Sustainable Development Goal 5: Gender Equality , through an inspiring and unifying International Women’s Day celebration. This year’s event brought together employees from across Valent Group Companies, fostering connection, reflection, and growth in support of an inclusive workplace culture. The celebration featured Alex Dunn, President & CEO of CropLife America, as the keynote speaker. During her visit to Valent BioSciences in Libertyville, Illinois, Alex toured the facility and shared her perspectives on leadership and empowerment, offering eight powerful guideposts for personal and professional development. Her message centered on the importance of finding your champions, stepping outside your comfort zone, and mentoring others, principles that resonate deeply with the values of collaboration and continuous growth that define the Valent community.
