On Monday, September 12, 2022, outside the stunning Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya, members of Melaleuca’s Management Team stood to greet a stream of arriving Melaleuca Marketing Executives and welcome them to a well-earned week of sunshine and celebration. Each of these Marketing Executives had qualified for this exclusive Mexican getaway by keeping the commitments they’d made to their teams and putting in consistent effort during Melaleuca’s 2022 company-wide Fast Track. In Tulum, they were free to enjoy their time however they wanted! Many chose to simply relax on the white sand beaches. Many slipped away to explore the ancient Mayan ruins nearby, go on river excursions, or visit one of the many cenotes—deep, natural wells—surrounding Tulum.
In addition, Melaleuca filled every day with an itinerary focused on wellness and rejuvenation. There were the morning workouts led by National Director 2 Ernest Ross, National Director 9 Brooke Paulin, National Director 5 Geneveve Sykes, and National Directors 2 Sabrina and Doug Ellis. There was a 5k Fun Run, in-pool water basketball and water volleyball matches, and—surely to become a favorite tradition—a highly competitive belly flop contest! On Tuesday morning, well over 1,000 participants packed into a large conference room to hear a candid, heartfelt message from Melaleuca Executive Chairman Frank VanderSloot.
