Exercise Essentials Helps Relieve Knee Pain Knee Extension Stretch While sitting, tighten your top thigh muscle to press the back of your knee downward towards the ground.

“Balance Physical Therapy really turned my junior year around. Starting my football season I had horrible knee pains (tendinitis/jumpers knee) and I knew if I did not do anything about it my future high school sports seasons were going to go down the drain. We found this place(Balance Physical Therapy)and I worked with Kathy for around 3-4 months. At first I did not think I would get better, as I never took the therapy exercises seriously. I saw results pretty quickly, once I did. Before I could not walk, drive, or even sit comfortably without excruciating pains. I then took a step up and did the exercises multiple times a day, rolling, etc. Kathy gave me the perfect combination of targeting leg workouts for flexibility and strength, while educating me along the way. She really takes how you’re feeling into consideration. I missed most of my football season rehabbing, but I have never made a smarter decision in my life. 4 months later I feel incredible, now in my basketball season junior year. I could not jump without having pains for days, and I am now leaping higher and playing continuous ball. I would heavily recommend Balance to anyone of all ages. I want to thank everyone there, especially Kathy. You will not regret this place one bit!”
