Hospitality 1st Roundtable The Women Entrepreneurs (WE) Forum brings together women in business throughout the Rochester region who wish to share knowledge and resources to support new business creation and growth. This group was developed by the Kabara Institute of Entrepreneurial Studies of Saint Mary’s University of MN - Rochester to offer educational programming for business owners. Mark your calendars for next month’s WE Forum on Thursday, April 15th where Amanda Leightner and Christine Beech will discuss Designing a Business: Adapting to Change. Women’s Roundtable provides a space for women to practice and refine skills, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership, and learn together. March’s Women’s Roundtable did not have a featured speaker. Instead, chair Zoey Jantsan led attendees in large group and breakout group discussions regarding how they’ve been dealing with the past year. Mark your calendars for next month’s Roundtable on Friday, April 16th where we will hear from Peggy Paul, Founder and Visionary of SheTaxi. Hosted by the Rochester Area Chamber | 3rd Friday of the Month | 7:30 - 9:00am Chair: Zoey Jantsan, Edina Realty The Hospitality 1st Roundtable is a collaboration of hospitality service providers who work in partnership with area businesses to create an exceptional community experience by focusing on great service and delivery of community assets. March’s featured speaker was Jamie Rothe, Community Engagement and Experience Director at Destination Medical Center (DMC). Jamie shared the latest information on DMC, including more details about the recent 5 Year DMC Update and impacts of COVID-19.
