We just want to let you know that your insurance benefits for the 2021 calendar-year may be coming to a close very soon for both PHYSICAL THERAPY AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY. If you are CURRENTLY a patient and being treated, there is no need to worry! We are just letting you know that if you’ve taken a break from therapy to save your benefits, or have been putting therapy off altogether, then now is a great time to restart, or get started. If you are not receiving physical or occupational therapy at this time, and are having any pain or dysfunction, weakness, compromised balance, or any other general therapy concerns, please call us to schedule an appointment. At this time, we would also like to share with you that during the pandemic Reddy Care has taken extreme precautions to keep our patients and employees safe. We have followed the CDC’s guidelines to ensure that our clinics remain clean and that all therapists and staff have the required PPE to continue to be safe and keep our patients safe. We are one of the only clinics to have FDA CERTIFIED AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEMS in all of our facilities. This is based on the guidance of our governor. Also, all staff are following the mandated precautions by the CDC: Each patient is given a KN95 mask, therapists are given booties,
face shields, gloves,no touch thermometers, gowns, safety glasses and sanitizing solutions. There are isolation barriers between the front desk and patients, as well as in the clinic and FDA approved virus destroying air purifiers (the same purifiers that are also used in hospitals). We are happy to announce that we have opened a few more locations and are now participating in several new insurance plans. In addition to our Great Neck and Farmingdale clinics, our newest clinics are located in North Shore Towers, Woodbury, Deer Park and Bayside, which will have aquatic therapy (coming very soon!). IN-HOME Physical and Occupational Therapy is also available to patients that live in Nassau, Suffolk, Queens , Brooklyn , Staten Island and NYC.
