Advocating for Relief, Stimulus ADVOCACY UPDATE

Since the COVID-19 pandemic first broke out and caused serious lockdowns in March, the Chamber pivoted to deliver information, resources, and access to content experts to help businesses and nonprofits weather the storm and build resilience. Additionally, the Public Affairs lens of the Chamber tightened, focusing on working with lawmakers and key policy makers to help provide economic relief during the depths of the pandemic and continually advocating for support from the state, local, and federal government. Moving forward, the Chamber will continue to make economic recovery a priority and work with lawmakers at all levels of government to ensure that the right steps are taken to set our community on the Path Forward to Recovery.
