Member handbook and quality assurance framework 2025

9. Reflecting on course and programme deliveries

All members are required to reflect on each course or programme they deliver and record their reflections on their delivery performance. These reflections help support improvements in delivery practice. Where a course or programme is co- delivered, all members must complete a co-delivery evaluation reflecting on their experience of co-delivering with their peer. MHFA England also advises members to review any learner evaluation feedback and comments they receive. This will help identify any areas of development and inform your annual self-assessment of learning needs. Reflecting on delivery performance and identifying areas of strength and development opportunities are key to demonstrating commitment to and management of your own learning and improvement. For further guidance on reviewing and reflecting on learner evaluation feedback, please see the Guidance for responding to learner feedback that you can access from the Instructor Member Development Programme section of your dashboard.
