Trainer may be suspended due to the following quality assurance issues: – Non-payment of membership fee – Non-payment of invoices relating to Instructor Training courses for additional accreditation and/or learner course materials – Non-delivery of minimum number of courses as per membership requirement – Non-completion of minimum two learning and development activities as per membership requirement – Non-compliance with role expectations – Non-compliance with guidance and instructions in this handbook
– Continued lack of response to contact from Quality Assurance team within the requested timeframe – Breach of any other terms and conditions detailed in the Instructor Member agreement While membership status is suspended, Instructor Members must not list or deliver/ co-deliver MHFA England courses, nor should they order manuals or materials relating to course deliveries. If Instructor Members proceed to deliver/ co-deliver any MHFA England courses whilst their membership status is suspended, then this will be in breach of the terms and conditions of their Instructor

Once the membership fee has been paid, the Finance team will remove the suspension.

Provide MHFA England with a written record of the development activities completed and learning from the activities The Quality Assurance team will confirm the action required on a case-by-case basis. This will be dependent on the nature and severity of the breach. We will remove the suspension following a satisfactory conclusion to the Quality Assurance investigation. This investigation will always involve a discussion with the Instructor Member. In some cases, it may be necessary to put into place corrective actions before we remove the suspension. These may take the form of a development or improvement plan.
