It will not be possible to rejoin MHFA England as an Instructor Member in cases where the suspension and deregistration is due to: – High-risk/severe breach quality assurance related issues – Continued financial debt owed to MHFA England Membership removal In some circumstances, MHFA England may decide to remove membership with immediate effect. This is likely to be in relation to a severe breach of any terms and conditions of the Instructor Member agreement. Membership removal can also happen if the member poses a significant risk to MHFA England’s reputation or the quality or safety of the course delivered to learners. It will not be possible for the individual to reactivate their membership status or rejoin as an Instructor Member.
