mental health in the workplace
Thank you to all who virtually attended a mental health in the workplace session hosted by Martin Gillick, manager at Mental Health First Aid Ireland. Martin gave our staff tips on how to care for their own mental health and how to support others who may be struggling. Mental health is of huge importance to Ardmac and we aim to maintain a positive mental health approach across our organisation. Thank you toMartin for such an informative session.
