This LEED Gold-certified project is constructed of structural steel with a brick, stucco and metal panel exterior. The facility features a computer lab, business center, multiple reading areas and an outdoor patio. It is equipped to convert solar energy into electricity and its HVAC system includes geo-thermal wells that use energy from the earth to heat and cool the building, making the facility a “net zero” energy consumer. 11
