The CORE Aquatic and Recreation Center Coppell, Texas
The EMJ team managed the budget, schedule, and constructability and logistics planning for the expansion and remodel of the existing facility. The addition included a new weight room and aerobics facility. Improvements to the natatorium included new pool lighting, decking and mechanical upgrades to the dehumidification and pump systems. Exterior renovations included a new water slide and resurfacing of the pool and deck. The lobby, offices and classrooms were renovated to complement the new construction.
