DESCRIPTION Federal Contracting Group asked GF to provide architectural and engineering services for the renovation of corporate office space in Chantilly, Virginia. Designed and constructed in one phase, the designers created a palette of warm woods and leathers, and soft whites. The designed space includes a comfortably neutral reception area, with pops of color from Alaska Native art of the people the corporation represents. A Collaboration Room and a spacious pantry provide Cape Fox staff with comfortable areas to get team work done, or to relax and take a break. The Wellness Room provides space for staff who need a physical or mental break in a soothing environment. Work stations are spacious, and privacy and sound control is provided by a Phone Room.
