DESCRIPTION This renovation-in-place of nine total apartment buildings across two separate complexes included 230 units and 221,708 square feet. Units were repositioned and renovated to accommodate additional bedrooms in each unit while updating layouts and appliances in the kitchens. Energy and water-saving measures were introduced in all units, as well as the removal of natural gas lines and switch all appliances to electric power, including solar power. New fixtures and finishes were installed throughout, as well as new doors, new windows, and improved ADA access for each building.
