DESCRIPTION GF took existing office space in this building and modified it to serve the building as an elevated amenity and conference center. The space has a open gathering room for quick meetings, lunch or coffee break, an extended island for catering use, and booths for intimate gatherings. The large conference room has the ability to support trainings or seminars, with reconfigurable tables. The mother’s room, with a separate entrance just before the amenity space, provides a quite, private space. Elegant touches are achieved through the use of wood slat walls and ceilings, earth tones in the decorative greenery, and pops of modern black and white elements in the hard finishes.
