C onshohocken, PA — Richard Na- tow , president of pres- tige Group, Inc. announced that Prestige Group, Inc. was responsible for the sale of Hallowell Court, a 17 unit apartment building in Con- shohocken. The apartment building was purchased by a private invest- ment group for $ 1.8 million. The seller was Hallowell Court Apartments, LLC. Prestige Group was respon- sible for the listing and sale side of this transaction. Mi- chael Weiner , vice president handled the entire transaction.
