NEW JERSEY APARTMENT ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES APRIL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS Professional Development Seminars and Certification Courses Open to NJAA Members and Non-Members The New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA) will host a series of educational programs in April designed to help industry professionals gain knowledge and elevate their skills. NJAA offers a diverse selection of comprehensive education and certifica- tion courses throughout the year for members and non-members as part of its commitment to advancing the multi-family housing industry in New Jersey. The following programs are open to NJAA members and the public: • Wed., April 23 and Thurs., April 24 : Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT): HVAC Maintenance and Repair. Presented by Alan Rice at Aaron & Company, 30 Turner Pl., Piscataway, NJ, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.; 8:30 a.m. breakfast, lunch included. Module fee: $100 for NJAA members; $150 for non-members. CAMT series fee: $775 for NJAA members; $1,000 for non-members. NAAEI’s CAMT program is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). • Wed., April 30 : Shifting Marketing Budgets: The Rise of The Social Buyer. Gain a better understanding of how to reallocate marketing budgets from traditional to digital media in order to leverage online communities where the “new consumer” is shop- ping. Presented by Sarah Cirelli, WithumSmith+Brown. 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.; 8:30 a.m. breakfast. Free for NJAA members; $75 for non-members. NJAAmembers earn Continuing Education Credits (CECs) towards National Apartment Association Designations (NAA) at each session they attend. Programs will be held at NJAA, 104 Interchange Plaza, Suite 201, Monroe Township, N.J. unless otherwise indicated.
