TAXABLE VALUE
ZONING
Baymeadows Station Area’s parcels have high taxable values in commercial, office, and industrially zoned boundaries. Parcels sizes of these areas are large, and automobile scaled, consistent with the suburban fabric of this station area. To the west, smaller residential parcels have taxable values below $300,000. Most parcels in this station area are privately owned.
The western limits of the station area is primarily zoned as RLD-70, with residential densities increasing to RMD closer to the intersection of Baymeadows Road and the rail line. The corridor between the rail line and Philips Highway is zoned as IL. CCG-1 and -2, PUD, and IBP comprise the remainder of the station area, with most of the commercial presence along Philips Highway in the form of shopping centers, big-box retail, and office and industrial buildings.
