TAXABLE VALUE

ZONING

Most taxable parcels within the Old St. Augustine Station Area are residential plots within the Bayard and Hatton Chase neighborhoods, have taxable values below $300,000. The more valuable taxable parcels are commercial, dense residential, and various professional zoned areas adjacent to Old St. Augustine Road. Increased taxable values are clustered in the west between Philips Highway and Baptist South, Jacksonville.

Most of the land zoned around this station is PUD. These zoned areas along Old St Augustine Road have become apartment complexes like Springs at Flagler Center, or commercial shopping areas. The established residential neighborhoods are also within PUD zoning districts. Beyond the mixed-use core, some IH, IBP, and CO zoning districts are present. More rural-oriented zoning of Agriculture (AGR) and RR-Acre is present in the northern limits of the Old St Augustine Station Area.
