4.2 TOD READINESS & DESIRABILITY
The TOD desirability and readiness assessment is a tool to summarize the evaluation of each of the station’s suitability for TOD. It is based on findings from the existing conditions chapter and inputs received in the community engagement process. In this assessment, each station area along the corridor is scored based on its existing conditions, local leadership, market strength, physical suitability, and plans in place. The stations with the highest scores were selected for further study and the development of TOD visioning plans
