While the physical suitability is low for TOD potential, with limited available parcels, the Jackson Square Station is situated along a popular east-west arterial roadway, in an area with abundant transit service options and a strong sidewalk network. These mobility features offer potential FCCR passengers multiple options for first-mile/last-mile connectivity improving the station’s readiness and viability for small-scale TOD opportunities. The market strength is good with plans in place for additional multifamily housing and urban lofts nearby along US 1. The proximity to the US 1 and I-95 corridors improves Jackson Square Station’s accessibility and convenience for receiving deliveries supporting amenities for commuters and the surrounding community.
