OLD ST. AUGUSTINE DESIRABILITY & READINESS Located in a popular growing suburban area, the Old St. Augustine Station is located near new multifamily and luxury apartment neighborhoods, single-family neighborhoods, and commercial and retail centers. Regarding physical suitability for TOD, the station provides convenient access to a major hospital and expansive business parks, all located between the I-95 and US 1 corridors. Although there are substantial master-planned communities and new developments in the area, with a mix of historic Bayard properties, the Old St Augustine Station provides the desirability and readiness to develop TOD with amenities supporting these land uses, utilizing limited vacant land or redevelopment of nearby existing parcels.
