The following images depict examples of projects where TOD design principles relevant to the CR 210 Station were implemented. Among these principles are increased density, integration of different uses, and planning of extensive public realms to allow for pedestrian activity, all in the vicinity of transportation

stations. In the case of mixed-use development, commercial activity is typically located on the ground floors, with office and residential on the higher floors. The public realm supports various activity types, creating an overall dynamic urban environment. The CR 210 Station reflects TOD principles suitable for the

Multi-use Suburban, Emerging Community typologies.
