KEY TOD STRATEGIES

Organize public spaces, retail, and community amenities along a central corridor that includes multi-modal infrastructure and provides alternative routes to connect the FCCR station to the residential units.

MAKE CONNECTION

M

CREATE GREAT SPACE

Introduce a large-scale park, sports fields, playgrounds, and neighborhood-scale plaza south of the station plaza.

C

SPECIFY A MIX OF USES

Organize retail, limited office spaces, and community amenities around public spaces to create activity nodes in support of the residential units.

S

Locate density adjacent to the FCCR station and along the main corridor; Gradually reduce building height towards the west and the south to maximize integration with the existing suburban context. Focus on the long-term redevelopment of the underutilized land along International Golf Parkway to create a new community and increase the regional housing stock.
