The following images depict examples of projects where TOD design principles relevant to the SR 312 Station were implemented. Among these principles are increased density, integration of different uses, and planning of extensive public realms to allow for pedestrian activity, all in the vicinity of transportation

stations. In the case of mixed-use development, commercial activity is typically located on the ground floors, with office and residential on the higher floors. The public realm supports various activity types, creating an overall dynamic urban environment. The SR 312 Station reflects TOD principles suitable with

Multi-use Suburban, Consolidated Center typologies. Figure 5-97 is an example of a mixed-use center focused on light industrial and adaptive reuse design features.
