Extending from St. Augusne to Downtown Jacksonville, a corridor study area of approximately 40 miles, the FCCR TOD Study spanned

both Duval and St. Johns Counes in Northeast Florida. For this reason, community workshops and interviews with business and agency stakeholders were conducted in each county to allow the project team to share the same project informaon with stakeholders in both counes. P roject informaon was shared through online plaorms and a link to the survey was distributed throug h ongoing project communicaons and at stakeholder and community events. Based on the data collected through the various outreach iniaves, the following key findings were idenfied:  Overwhelming support for the project , with 78% of the survey respondents expressing posive feedback supporng the FCCR TOD Study .  Strong preference for staons in densely populated areas near major employment centers to maximize accessibility and convenience.  Concerns regarding potenal environmental impacts were addressed through proposed sustainability and avoidance measures, garnering support from environmental organizaons and local government agencies. Based on insights gathered from the outreach efforts, as the project moves forward, the following acons are recommended for consideraon.  Incorporate community feedback into the project's development plans and ensure that the final design reflects the needs and preferences of the residents.  Connu e to open communicaon channels with the community to provide regular updates on the project's progress and address any concerns .  Implement outreach programs for underserved communies to ensure equitable access to the benefits of TOD and the proposed commuter rail system. The successful execuon of the community outreach program has not only garnered support for the TOD planning concepts around the potenal staon areas for the proposed FCCR Southeast Corridor but has also fostered a sense of shared responsibility and ownership among the residents. The valuable feedback received will be instrumental in shaping the project to best serve the needs of the community, both in the present and the future.
