Sec�on One: Public Involvement Plan The First Coast Commuter Rail TOD Study Public Involvement Plan (FCCR TOD Study PIP) was ini�ated at the commencement of the FCCR TOD Study. The FCCR TOD Study PIP is a living document, updated periodically to review the engagement tools and techniques u�lized throughout the study ; and adjust to any changes in the project development and �melines. The FCCR TOD Study PIP establishes the basis of the outreach strategy and iden�fie s the primary community outreach ac�vi�es that align with the communi� es along the FCCR Corridor. The ini�al plan was submited in February 2022, and the final version, submited in December 2022, is included as Atachment A to this FCCR Engagement Appendix.
