Sec�on Two: Engagement Approach and Tools Public awareness, educa�on, and communica�on are three key components of a successful community engagement program. Anchored by two different urban se�ngs, and traversing a mix of rural, industrial, and suburban , master- planned communi�es, the FCCR Corridor has the poten�al to affect a wide range of stakeholders, businesses, and neighborhoods. Understanding the mul�ple audiences and diverse communi�es along the FCCR Corridor was an ini�al important step to iden�fying the communica�on tools and techniques that best serve this specific project . This sec�on summarizes the communica�on and engagement tools and references the specific, related documents developed as part of the FCCR TOD Study. Stakeholder Advisory Group Reintroducing passenger rail in Northeast Florida as a poten�al mobility op�on and advancing economic development around future rail sta�on loca�ons is an important decision for the community. To bring a diverse and comprehensive perspec�ve , and act as a sounding board for project ac�vi�es, a Stakeholder Advisory Group was assembled at the beginning of the project . T he Stakeholder Advisory Group (SAG) was essen�al to the study process in providing addi�onal guidance from area civic, government, and business leaders.
