At various �mes throughout the study process, the project team conducted interviews with SAG members or their designated representa�ves. Addi�onally, the SAG members were engaged and updated prior to the community workshops. A virtual mee�ng with the SAG was held on June 29, 2022 , to review the overall TOD strategy and gather input regarding poten�al ideas for sta�on are a development. Par�cipants included representa�ves from the City of Jacksonville , the City of St. Augus�ne, and Downtown Vision . The Stakeholder Advisory Group member list, and other materials related to the SAG, are contained in A tachment B . Project Communica�ons Ongoin g public outreach and communica�on about the project, including poten�al benefits and impacts, and seeking input, are essen�al to a successful projec t outcome. For the FCCR TOD Study, mul�ple forms of communica�on were used to reach various audiences and allow the public to par�cipate in the project and learn more about poten�al investments in their community. Project Website K ey to the public outreach was establishing an iden�ty for the project, with a project logo and a project website to serve as a common, accessible depository for project informa�on and no�fica�on about community mee�ngs. Project branding for project materials is important to allow the public to easily iden�fy project- related informa�on .
The project websit e, htps://jtafcrtod.com/ contains a video about TOD, images of the various proposed sta�on areas, and a list of Frequently Asked Ques�ons . The website also provided a mechanism for members of the public to ini�ate contact with the JTA staff and project team through a comment form on the Contact Us page.
