Stakeholder and Community Database Email no�fica�on was the primary tool for no�fica�on of upcoming mee�ngs, events, etc. For this reason, a database was developed containing per�nent cont act informa�on for members of the public, businesses, government agencies, and various organiza�ons. A database of approximately 1,000 individuals, including private ci�zens, business, and agency representa�ves, was developed at the commencement of the study. The database was updated periodically to reflect new contacts and contacts that may represent public or commitee posi�ons that may rotate on an annual basis, such as City Council or Commission members. A copy of the project database is available upon request through the JTA. Presenta�ons In addi�on to the project website, and the comprehensive stakeholder database, project presenta�ons were developed throughout the FCCR TOD Study and shared at various project events and upon request for partner agencies and organiza�ons. At the commencement of the study , an informa�onal update for the project kickoff was provided for the Northeast Florida Transporta�on Planning Organiza�on (North Florida TPO). The North Florida TPO represents four coun�es (Clay, Duv al, Nassau, and St. Johns Coun�es) in Northeast Florida, and provides various services related to transporta�on planning in the region, including the Long Range Transporta�on Plan .

Addi�onally, members of the JTA project team also updated the City of St. Augus�ne Commission on mul�ple occasions with the las t formal update at a City Commission mee�ng in July 2022. Project presenta�ons used for the Stakeholder Advisory Group and the Community Workshops are provided in Atachment C .
