Sec�on Three: Community Workshops #1 The community engagement process included mul�ple opportuni�es for the public to provide input on types of TOD along the subject corridor and around sta�ons. The first round of formal community outreach was conducted through virtual public mee�ngs in February 202 3. Using the online PublicInput.com pla�orm, the virtual workshop included a presenta�on and an online survey regarding the corridor segments and proposed sta�on area s. The survey sought input on mobility needs, desired vision, and types of development desired in the corridor and around each poten�al sta�on. Two virtual community workshops were held in

consecu�ve weeks, with one workshop focused on Duval County proposed sta�ons and the second workshop focused on St. Johns County Sta�on. The workshops were adver�sed via emails to the contact list of 1,000 stakeholders and via social media. Two reminder emails were sent prior to the mee�ngs. Registra�on was required to access the online engagement portal. There were 129 par�cipants for the Duval County Virtual Mee�ng and 59 par�cipants for the St. Johns County Virtual Mee�ng. Mee�ng comments were submited via chat during the virtual mee�ng and addressed during the Ques�on and Answer session at the end of the mee�ng. Approximately 17 comments were received through the virtual chat during the Duval County virtual session, and approximately 16 comments were received during the St. Johns County session. As part of the PublicInput.com survey, a ques�on asked par�cipants to iden�fy three words that come to mind for the FCCR TOD Study. The results of the survey responses are included in Atachment E . A summary of the common words is also shown in the adjacent image. The online engagement portal allows par�cipants to depict various informa�on on the sta�on area maps. A full summary of the comments and feedback received during the virtual mee�ngs, as well as other materials prepared for the mee�ngs, are contained in Atachment E .
