3.3.2 Community Workshops Workshops will be held at three key junctures in the study - Existing Conditions, Corridor Level TOD Plans, and Implementation. Workshops will be interactive and live-streamed or recorded so they can be viewed later for those who cannot attend. PollEverywhere will be used during the meetings to collect input. Workshop 1 will present the public with the key findings from the existing conditions analysis and the hurdles associated with implementing TOD. The Project Team will establish a strong foundation from which the communities of the FCCR corridor and JTA can work together to realize an equitable vision for TOD that promotes economic development and prosperity. The meeting will include the opportunity for stakeholders to provide feedback to shape the plan as it moves forward. Workshop 2 will focus on neighborhood planning around the First Coast Commuter Rail stations. Using TOD typologies developed from other TOD planning activities, the workshop will seek to engage the community using innovative technology such as 3-D visuals of TOD renderings. This workshop will center on engaging and soliciting input from stakeholders and the communities of the FCCR corridor to build consensus around the TOD goals and TOD typologies defined. The Project Team will focus the discussion on each of the FCCR station areas by discussing "What we see," and asking, "Did we get this right?". We will support the typologies discussion with compelling precedent imagery that provides a link between each station area and their respective primary and secondary typology designation. Workshop 3 will present the refined TOD Growth Scenarios. The process to arrive at the definitions, including summarizing what was previously heard from stakeholders and the community will be reviewed, as well as the key assumptions, variables, decisions, and take- aways that emerged during the process. The TOD System Plan for each FCCR station area will presented in 2D layers that speak specifically to strategies for connectivity, public realm, land use, and equitable development. Visual simulations will be used to aid the discussion and solicit feedback. Workshop 4 will present the implementation recommendations, review the station area plans, TOD Toolkit, short term and long term infrastructure needs, and next steps. Note: The community workshops can be held virtually, in-person, or hybrid depending on the COVID-19 pandemic and JTA preferences at the time of meeting planning. 3.3.3 Digital Design Charrettes The Digital Design Charrettes will be developed for up to three small sessions with elected officials, key stakeholders, and community leaders at a time to be determined, in coordination with Community Workshops 2 and 3. These charrettes will be designed to foster a dynamic and engaging discussion, using innovative and interactive techniques such as 3D modeling that can be projected on screen. Alternative futures and outcomes for proposed FCCR station areas will
