1. What are the elements considered while developing the TOD for this station Area? 2. The open space network is good. Can future transit occupy in the open space network ? 3. How does this TOD framework reduce traffic congestion at Baymeadows ? (A : Elaborated on Traffic Modelling considered for the TOD study and some roads within this framework are upgraded according to this) 4. Why was Baymeadows sta�on selected as opposed to JTB Sta�on? Industrial / More space / Land lot – Partnership with JTB / Complica�on due to Railyard. 5. Would the landowners be offered a package of Tax credit and or development rights (A: Yes, we would be also providing funding & financing prac�ces) 6. An aundience member expressed that they liked the idea of surface parking removed. 7. American Malls are dying. Developing office spaces has challenges. Any comment on that? (A: Market could absorb the need for office spaces. 8. Are you looking at a Transit Sta�on or TOD as a Bus Hub. Where is that in the plan? (A: The sta�on areas are planned for Bus Infrastructure also) 9. We’re so excited for Real Transit. We have great Opportuni�es here. Why not go for light rail corridor for TOD Opportuni�es? How does TOD vary in a Light Rail Vs Commuter Rail? 10. Is there a mul� - family element to this? (A: Yes) 11. Do we have enough market for retail here to bring a Walmart store or similar big stores? 12. Ques�on regarding Alignment of FCR & Highway?
