1. Commissioner Garris liked the framework and asked about the ligh�ng in these places? With the US 1 Highway going north south, what about the safety factor with regards to ligh�ng? Is that a part of the plan? (A: Yes, absolutely. A very extensive ligh�ng plan will be included) 2. How are you planning to use the Florida East Coast Rail? 3. Keisha (SJC) - How are you tracking proposed development & development that is going on today? (A: Yes, In the Exis�ng Condi�on Study which informed the ini�al part of the planning from a land use perspec�ve). 4. What would be the an�cipated start date and a brief �meline for star�ng construc�on (A: Not sure or We can’t answer. From a development perspec�ve this is op�mized and connected to transit)
