The endpoint in St. Augustine could be at U.S. 1 and King Street between U.S. 1 and the San Sebastian River near Broudy's Fine Wine and Spirits. That is St. Johns County's "urban area," so a planned train station puts passengers a walk away from the historic district, Skinner said. "For anything to have to be a success you have to have a mixture of all times of day, all different types of users who want to use it for as many reasons as possible," she said. "... We don't just want people to park and ride and have quiet cars sitting in a parking lot. You want to be someplace that has a mixture of uses, and that is a living, real city."
