The global response to the COVID-19 pandemic threw existing air cargo operations into chaos in 2020-21. The sponsor IAG Cargo wanted to hear case studies involving the movement of goods by air and the challenges that had to be overcome to get the shipment to destination. Winner – Kerry Logistics

Ocean Services Award – Sponsor Port Express 2020-21 was a difficult period for ocean freight with schedules and equipment availability impacted by many factors. The category sponsor, Port Express, was interested to learn how forwarders managed customer expectation and mitigated problems while using ocean services either as a standalone service or as part of a multimodal shipment.
