My GLEAM mentoring experience has been life-changing . One of my biggest takeaways from this experience is to continue to be my authentic self, be more transparent about my journey while remaining present as the path ahead of me unfolds. I really enjoyed meeting someone else in the industry and helping them focus on their “One Big Thing.” Not only was it great to share some ideas on how they could accomplish this but also to learn from their ideas, best practices, and expertise.
