What We Will Ask For - when you order by phone Customer address: We require a complete delivery and billing address. Product: Please specify name, article number, description, and size.

Delivery Time Normal delivery time for stock items is 1–7 days, depending on your location, and approximately 2–4 weeks for special-order items. Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) on weekdays are shipped the same day. Your order will be shipped once it is complete and all items are available in our warehouse. Returns / Claims / Service Returns and exchanges apply to standard stock products that are returned in unopened original packaging within 14 days (private customers) or 30 days (business customers) from the delivery date. For special-order items, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

RETURNS / CLAIMS / SERVICE

Warranty All products come with a limited warranty from the date of purchase covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies depending on the product.
