SENIOR EXERCISE CLASS This is a low impact aerobics class which includes balancing, strengthening and stretching. Perfect for any age including beginners, seniors and those recovering from or rehabilitating from illness, injury, and/or surgery along with those that simply want a less strenuous workout. This class will be held on Monday and Wednesday for 4 weeks. Pre-registration is required. Registration available online.
