In May 2019, the organisation's Customer Service Team attended a professional development training day at Nerang. The course covered six key principals of customer service that, when the company lives them, bring customers back to experience service that outdoes the competition. Overall feedback from the course, was positive, with Annett Field, Senior Customer ServiceOfficer saying that "The skills we have learnt and will continue to develop will assist our organisation as we continue to grow!" Customer Service Assistant Ann Colnan said she found the session "informative, engaging and fun" further commenting it was a great opportunity to "gain confidence" and "connect with my team".
