makes one serving 1.5 ounces St‑Germain 2 ounces Martini Prosecco 2 ounces soda water 8–10 mint leaves Lime wedge Mint sprig

directions Add ice to a wine glass. Pour in St‑Germain and add mint leaves. Top with sparkling wine and soda water, then stir. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wedge.

directions Rip Thai basil leaves into smaller pieces and add to a shaker. Add all liquid ingredients and ice. Shake vigorously and double‑strain into a coupe glass. For garnish: Roll slice of cucumber and wrap with lemon rind, spear with cocktail pick. Place basil sprig atop garnish, balance horizontally across glass.
