INGREDIENTS

HOW TO PREPARE

• 2 cups cooked pasta • 2 tablespoons oil • 1 tomato • ½ green pepper • ½ onion • 1 tablespoon butter • 1 tablespoon oil • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped • ½ cup corn • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder • ½ tablespoon salt • 2 spoons tomato ketchup • 1 teaspoon oregano • 1 teaspoon chili flakes • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder • ½ teaspoon black pepper

01. Boil 4 cups of water in a saucepan. Let it boil, then add salt and oil. 02. Add 2 cups of pasta. 03. Cook on medium flame. 04. Cook until al dente. 05. Drain the pasta, rinse with cold water, and set aside. 06. Heat one tablespoon of oil and one tablespoon of butter. Add one tablespoon of finely chopped garlic. 07. Add chopped onion, green pepper, corn, and tomato. Sauté for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. 08. Add Kashmiri red chili powder, oregano, chili flakes, black pepper powder, tomato sauce, and salt. Mix and let the sauce boil for a minute. 09. Add the cooked pasta. Toss well until the sauce coats the pasta evenly. 10. Serve hot.
