INGREDIENTS
HOW TO PREPARE
• 1 16-ounce box of macaroni noodles • 1 8-ounce block of Velveeta cheese • 1 8-ounce block of sharp cheese • 1 8-ounce bag of shredded sharp, mozzarella, and mixed cheese • 2 cans of condensed cheddar cheese • 2 cups of whole milk • 2 eggs • 3 tablespoons of flour • 4 tablespoons of seasoning salt and black pepper
01. Heat oven to 375°F. 02. Lightly grease pan and set aside. 03. Chop all blocks of cheese and set aside. 04. Place noodles in a pot of boiling water and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. 05. Drain noodles and add half of the cheese to stick a little and melt a little. 06. Mix in the eggs. 07. Add the seasoning. 08. Heat cheddar cheese in a saucepan, add milk to loosen and flour for texture. 09. Add the remaining cheese to the noodles then pour on the hot cheddar cheese. 10. Mix until everything combines. 11. Evenly pour macaroni mixture into the pan and place shredded cheese on top to form the crust. 12. Bake for 1 hour.
