• 300 ml lactose-free milk • 15 grams flour • Salt and pepper • 15 grams tomato sauce • Butter • Tuna • Pasta noodles • 1 egg • Parsley

01. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce into the lactose-free milk. 02. Put butter in a frying pan. 03. Add the mixture from step 1 to the pan and fry over low heat. 04. Add the tuna and pasta. 05. Garnish with a fried egg and parsley.
