HOW TO PREPARE

• Your choice of pasta • 200 grams zucchini • 8-10 garlic cloves • 150 grams Parmigiano cheese • 20 grams parsley • 125 grams prosciutto crudo (cured ham)

01. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 02. When the oil is hot, add the sliced garlic and hot pepper if you used any. Fry for 30 seconds, and add 200 ml water from the pasta. 03. Leave to boil for 3 minutes. Add the prosciutto and boil for another 3 minutes. Add the sliced zucchini and boil for another minute. 04. Add fresh parsley. Serve.
