INGREDIENTS

HOW TO PREPARE

• 1 liter milk • 8 tablespoons corn starch • 420 grams condensed milk • Coconut, grated, to taste • 400 ml coconut milk (optional)

01. Pour the milk and corn starch into a pot over high heat and stir well until the lumps are eliminated. 02. Add the condensed milk, the grated coconut, and the coconut milk and stir until they blend. 03. When the mixture gets thick, continue stirring for 10 minutes to prevent it from sticking. 04. Turn off the flame and let it rest for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture into a greased container or mold and refrigerate it for 4 hours. 05. Remove it from the refrigerator and remove the edges from the surface of the container with your fingertips. Turn it onto a plate and remove it from the mold. 06. Decorate the dish with more grated coconut and extra ingredients to your taste.
