HOW TO PREPARE
• 300 grams shortbread cookies • 100 grams butter • 600 grams cream cheese • 150 grams sugar • 3 eggs • 200 ml cream • 1 lemon • Maracuja (yellow passion fruit)
01. Grind cookies into crumbs. 02. Let the butter melt on its own for several minutes. 03. Blend the cookie crumbs with the butter to form a crumbly mass and pour it into a form. 04. Preheat the oven to 180-200°C and bake for 5-10 minutes. 05. Mix cheese and sugar until smooth. 06. Add three eggs and mix it. 07. Add sour cream and lemon peel and mix it up again. 08. Put the mixture in the base and bake it for 1.5 hours. 09. Add meringue (optional) and decorate with berries and maracuja.
