HOW TO PREPARE

01. Start by caramelizing the sugar in a flan mold and distributing the syrup over the bottom and sides of the mold. 02. Combine the remaining ingredients in a blender until you have a smooth and homogeneous mixture. 03. Pour batter into the prepared mold with the sugar syrup and bake in a water bath for approximately 60 to 90 minutes.

• 10 tablespoons powdered milk • 8 tablespoons sugar • 3 eggs • 250 ml milk • 250 ml water • 2 tablespoons sugar for caramelizing
