HOW TO PREPARE

• 100 grams unsalted

01. Heat sugar and water together to form a thick sugar syrup. 02. Take a baking tray and grease it with some ghee. 03. Spread 3-4 spring roll dough sheets. 04. Spread the powdered sugar and pistachios. 05. Spread more sheets and add powdered sugar and pistachios. 06. Add the final layer of sheets and cut them diagonally. 07. Spread ghee and bake it for 180°C until golden brown. 08. When it is done, pour in the sugar syrup, and add more pistachios. 09. Serve.
